This is the one you want. Fair Prices, Prompt & Knowledgeable Service, Unbelievable Person! I price checked around a few places before coming to Dixie Lockouts - most places were $50-65 for our make/model and being after 5pm. Dixie Lockouts website stood out and and Nick seemed knowledgeable and friendly (spoiler...he is both). This is the business you look for and when you find them, the loyalty is hard to overcome. When I told him about being locked out of our 2021 rental car, he encouraged us to check around the house one more time because of how modern cars not usually locking keys in the car (trying to save us money? who does that?) We were convinced that they were in the car, so he came by and had us in the car in 2 minutes or so. He helped me search in and around the car for almost 20 min - seemed genuinely interested in helping. We had a family emergency happening at the time with someone in the hospital and Nick decided he wanted to go easy on us and not charge since we couldnt find the keys - after trying to pay a few times, he persistently declined. Good man, great service, genuine person, fair prices. Can't really find or beat that these days. Also, that great website I mentioned? Found out that Nick made it...so if you need any web design he might be able to help with that too.

Nick was very quick and helpful with getting my car unlocked, when I locked my keys in my car at the gas station. He was very friendly and was great company to have in an otherwise stressful situation. He was an amazing hard worker!

I left my car on, since my dog was inside, to run into a store really quick and came back outside to find that my dog had stepped on the lock button and locked herself in the car. Gave them a call to which they answered promptly. They gave me an ETA of 25 minutes and Nick showed up in about 15. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. There is a reason they have all 5 star reviews. Thanks again to Nick for basically pulling a magic trick and opening the car faster than you can say abracadabra
